Scope & Content A journal or diary of J. W. Lambuth. The journal is 294 pages and indexed alphabetically to some extent. It includes daily report expenses and income and activities work projects, comments on family school, health, world news (Haleys Comet) and Palaeontological activity contacts. The accounts start when J. W. Lambuth is in Newton, Kansas. He begins to account activity in Cañon City on page 206 for Feb. 23, 1888. There are clippings posted on the inside cover. A few pages are blank some years notes are sparse.
